The INFOOD factory produces egg products, strictly controlling each stage of the production chain. Cleaning of fresh and selected eggs from shells is mechanically automated and practically eliminates human intervention. Such approach allows to observe bacteriological safety.
Egg products are widely used in the industrial food production for the manufacture of a variety of confectionery products - bakery, sweets, mayonnaise, meat products and other products that contain eggs.
Our egg products possess all culinary characteristics of usual hen eggs, thus they are much more convenient in application. For example, one kilogram of dry melange can replace about 90 fresh eggs.
